Hi, I’m Kathryn,
My background is in ’natural’ or ‘alternative’ health and nutrition, where I worked for years with the world-famous Jonathan Wright MD and other nutritionally-oriented professionals. As such, I have always been on the lookout for products and procedures that are natural, and don’t involve caustic medicines or invasive surgeries. And that is what drew me to Facercise®.
Several years back, I was noticing definite signs of aging in my neck and face and wasn’t particularly happy about it. I had heard about Carole Maggio’s program called Facercise®, so I ordered the book and DVD and practiced the exercises for a few weeks. But at that time in my life, I wasn’t ready to add “yet another task” to my daily routine.
Then, one morning a few years later, I glanced at myself in the bathroom mirror and was stunned to see my grandmother gazing back at me. My right lower eyelid was sagging – noticeably. Now, that got my attention! Finally, I was ready to get serious about the Facercise® protocol. So, I retrieved my book and DVD and began.
For a few weeks every morning, I would grab a mug of coffee, and plant myself in front of my computer and Carole Maggio’s Facercise® DVD. Then I would go through all 13 exercises along with Carole.
After a few weeks, I was beginning to memorize the exercises. I learned them 3 at a time, starting with the eye exercises. Finally, I had them all to memory. It was time to put the DVD away [although it is wise to periodically review the exercises to make sure you are doing them correctly.]
Thereafter, I went on about my daily life. One Autumn Day, I was boarding a tour bus headed to the local Puyallup Fair. When I asked the driver for the senior discount, he said, “Look lady, I will give you the discount, but you don’t need to lie about your age.” Now that got my attention! I knew then that I was on to something with Facercise®. It was my birthday that day and I was 70. Today I am 78 and Facercise® is a part of my daily routine.
Because of my medical-nutritional background, I recognized the value of Facercise® for those who wanted to look younger and
healthier – without resorting to “the knife” or chemical fillers. So, I decided to become licensed in Facercise® back in 2019 and have had the opportunity to teach the technique around my area which is Seattle, and at exclusive senior communities in Arizona, Nevada and Florida.

Wonderful Results
